White Coated Cardboard (300 to 350 GSM)

Better color reproduction across the full print range. White stock handles photographic artwork, gradient designs, and brand colors that need accurate CMYK matching. The surface holds ink more precisely than uncoated kraft, which matters when your design includes fine detail or tight color specs.

Both options are food-safe, heat-resistant for standard hot beverages, and cut to fit the cup diameter you’re running.

Standard Size Chart: Matching the Sleeve to Your Cup Diameter

Cup sleeves fit by diameter, not cup height. A sleeve sized for a 12 oz cup won’t seat properly on a 16 oz cup, even if the sleeve physically slides on. We die-cut every sleeve template to match your cup’s exact diameter so it grips the cup without slipping or bunching.

Non-standard cup sizes run on a custom die-cut template. If you’re sourcing cups from a specialty supplier with non-standard diameters, send us the cup measurements when you request a quote and we will build the template around your specific cup.

Finishing Options That Change How the Sleeve Reads in Hand

The finish on a printed cup sleeve changes how customers perceive your brand before they read a single word. A matte sleeve feels different from a gloss sleeve. Both send a different signal.

We offer the following finishing options on coated white stock:

• Foil Stamping: Gold, silver, or custom foil color on specific design areas. Used on specialty or seasonal sleeve editions.
• Embossing and Debossing: Raised or recessed texture on the sleeve surface.

Uncoated kraft sleeves ship without lamination by default. Matte and gloss lamination are available on kraft when the design calls for a surface coat.

Once you request a quote and confirm your spec, our design team prepares the die-line template for your cup size. If you’re supplying your own artwork, we review the file for print accuracy before anything goes to press. We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), high-resolution PDF, and EPS files.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork, we build the sleeve layout from your logo and brand assets. Design support is included with your order. You approve a digital proof before production starts. Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.

Standard production runs 15 to 25 working days from artwork approval to complete production.
